Dynamic Paralleling and Hot Swapping

E-Scooters have modular and portable batteries that are paralleled to enhance vehicle range. Paralleling batteries of unequal voltages leads to large inter-circulating current that can damage them. Maxwell BMSs employ an unique feature that ceases this problem, without the need for any additional hardware. Additionally, when different batteries are swapped in and out for the vehicle, the BMS adjusts to the “network” without the need for any reconfiguration.

Compliant with industry standards

Maxwell BMSs readily meet the relevant industry standards such as AIS-004, AIS-156 Phase 1 & 2, CE and others. They have been tested and certified at government accredited labs and test facilities. These compliances not just at a system level, but also at an electronic sub-assembly level, eases integration and vehicle certification.

Extreme Configurability

From basic configurability such as nominal current, cell chemistry, cell S&P layout to  advanced configurability such as SOX tuning, configurable RDC, SOP, CAN,  are readily supported on Maxwell BMS through an easily accessible application layer. With this application layer, lead time in tuning the BMS as per the vehicle’s needs is faster and simpler.

CT-Safe GT

he MXWL CT-Safe GT is a high-current BMS designed for performance-driven two-wheelers like electric dirt bikes. The MXWL Portable Charger Rev2 (750W) is a high-performance charging solution designed specifically for electric two-wheelers. Delivering 750W of continuous power, it supports CC-CV and trickle charging to enhance battery life and efficiency. DC-DC

The MXWL DC-DC Converter is designed for electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers, ensuring efficient and reliable power conversion. With a wide input voltage range (26-65VDC) and a stable 14.2VDC output, it supports auxiliary systems with minimal power loss, achieving >95% efficiency. Available in 10A and 20A variants, it features IP67-rated aluminum casing for durability and protection against dust, water, and vibrations. Advanced safety mechanisms, including overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection, ensure robust performance.
