CT-Lite+ Safe is a compact, monolithic BMS with an integrated MOSFET-based PDU, optimized for efficient power management.
The CT-Lite+ (80A) Safe redefines battery safety and performance in compact mobility applications. This functionally safe BMS simplifies integration while delivering top-notch performance and reliability.
Supporting 8-16 cells with hot-swappable functionality, the CT-Lite+ Safe offers a robust safety architecture, including redundant safety channels and a triggerable fuse for fault isolation. It ensures seamless performance for modular battery setups and features ultra-low power modes for efficiency.
Designed with intelligent passive balancing and advanced thermal runaway detection algorithms, the CT-Lite+ Safe is the ideal solution for safe, cost-competitive mobility.

Dynamic paralleling
Maxwell’s proprietary algorithms achieve dynamic battery swapping (hot-plugging) using auto-addressing. Scalable architecture supports up to 18 batteries in parallel.
MOSFET based SSR
The CT-Lite is designed with integrated MOSFET-based Power Distribution boards up to 120 Amps continuous currents.

The CT-Lite enables you to monitor and log over 65+ battery params every second & transmit via BLE, 4G or CAN
Thermal Runaway Detection
